Welcome to My Cozy Corner. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at mycozycorner.co.uk and the purchase of products through our store. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
By accessing or using our store you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree you should not use our store.
My Cozy Corner is powered by Shopify. Any purchases you make are made directly with My Cozy Corner, not with Shopify.

Section 2 — Eligibility
By using our store you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the store with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
Section 3 — Our Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings and device. We do not guarantee that product descriptions are completely accurate, current or error-free.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse orders at our discretion. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
Section 4 — Orders and Contract
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. A contract between you and My Cozy Corner is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason including stock availability, payment issues or suspected fraud. If we decline your order we will notify you and provide a full refund of any payment taken.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is confirmed we may be unable to cancel or amend it. Please refer to our Refund Policy for your cancellation rights.
Section 5 — Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). We are not VAT registered so no VAT is applied to your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the payment details you supply are correct.
Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy but are not guaranteed.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to your address. We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you. If goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately at info@mycozycorner.co.uk.
Section 7 — Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is your statutory cancellation right.
To exercise your right to cancel contact us at info@mycozycorner.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging. We will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Section 8 — Your Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
If your goods do not meet these requirements you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Please contact us at info@mycozycorner.co.uk if you believe your goods are faulty or not as described.
These statutory rights are in addition to and do not affect our Refund Policy.
Section 9 — Refunds and Returns
Our full Refund Policy is available on our website. Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Section 10 — Intellectual Property
All content on our website including text, images, graphics, logos and product descriptions is owned by or licensed to My Cozy Corner and is protected by UK copyright and intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
Section 11 — Third Party Links
Our website may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or accuracy of any third party websites. Accessing third party websites is at your own risk.
Section 12 — Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law including your statutory consumer rights
Subject to the above our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of income, loss of profits or loss of data.

You agree not to use our store:
- For any unlawful purpose
- To transmit harmful, offensive or fraudulent content
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- To scrape, copy or reproduce our content without permission

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
If you are a consumer you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
