Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is your statutory right and applies in addition to our standard returns policy.
To exercise your right to cancel contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@mycozycorner.co.uk. You must then return the goods to us within a further 14 days of notifying us.
Our Returns Policy
We also offer a 14-day returns policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation email
To initiate a return please contact us at info@mycozycorner.co.uk. We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For standard returns the cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.
Damages and Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately at info@mycozycorner.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. If a fault is reported within 30 days of receipt you are entitled to a full refund. After 30 days we may offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers or plants
- Custom or personalised items
- Sealed personal care or hygiene products that have been opened
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
Please note that the statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened where they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you are unsure whether your item is returnable please contact us before returning.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items. Your statutory rights are not affected by whether an item was purchased at a discounted price.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. Contact us at info@mycozycorner.co.uk to initiate the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you by email of the outcome. If your return is approved we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 working days of our approval email please contact us at info@mycozycorner.co.uk.
