Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery takes 6-8 working days within the United Kingdom.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods such as bank holidays or peak shopping seasons. We will notify you by email if there is an unexpected delay with your order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses throughout the United Kingdom including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order value applies.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 working days of placing your order please check your spam folder or contact us at info@mycozycorner.co.uk.
Delays
While we make every effort to meet our delivery estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control including courier delays, adverse weather conditions or high demand periods.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 if your order does not arrive within 30 days of your estimated delivery date you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@mycozycorner.co.uk. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
